Moscow the capital of Russia is located on the Moskva River and the country’s principal Political, Economic, Financial, Educational, and Transportation centre. The official population of Moscow is 12 million and it is on the top 10 most populous cities in the world. The first tram started its way on April 6, 1899. The Big Stone Bridge is the most oldest among the Moscow bridges was built in the XVII century. A tram number 3 is considered as the oldest route in Moscow. The city is in the Central Federal District which is located in the Western part of the Russian Federation. According to the reports of Forbes, it has been estimated that 84 billionaires in the city with the combined wealth of 367 billion dollars. The first and most major ring, Bulvarnoye Koltso (Boulevard Ring), was built during the sixteenth century. There is a legend of a secret branch, which is so-called Metro-2 tunnels and bunckers which is connecting the Kremlin and other strategic facilities.

Russia's Cabinet of Ministers has approved up to $2.3bn in funding from the country's sovereign. According to the document, the National Wealth Fund - as it is known is Russia - will allocate the project $549m in 2015, $792m in 2016 and $638 in 2017. There were no details of when the remaining $339m would be allocated. Annually, the Russian government provide a certain number of state-funded places at Russian universities for international students.
